Woodway Arrests 46 Year Old Suspect for Online Solicitation of Minor and Distribution of Harmful Material to a Minor 
46 year old suspect Keith Larkin of Chalk Bluff, Texas was arrested on
felony charges this afternoon at approximately 4:40 pm after an undercover online investigation by Woodway officers. Mr. Larkin was charged with online solicitation of a minor and distribution of material harmful to a minor after he provided obscene photos of himself and drove to a Woodway hotel to have sex with a person he believed to be a 14 year old child.
