Officers responded to a non-injury traffic collision involving a vehicle which struck a light pole.  A traffic collision report was taken and the light pole was repaired.

Officers responded to a prior shoplifting incident at a business.  The unidentified suspects stole cosmetic merchandise.  Follow-up investigation is being conducted.

Arrest: 48 year old male, resident of San Jose
Charges: Possession of stolen property, driving on suspended license
Detectives responded to a business to conduct follow up investigation on a prior theft of alcohol.  While responding to the business, Detectives learned that the same suspect had just recently committed another theft, and was last seeing driving away from the business.  Detectives and Patrol Officers detained the suspect who was found to be in possession of stolen property. In addition, the suspect had active warrants for his arrest.  The suspect was arrested and transported to Main Jail.

Arrest:  46 year old male, resident of Los Banos
Charges:  Outstanding warrants
Officers conducted a vehicle enforcement stop and determined the driver had several active warrants.  The driver was arrested and transported to Main Jail.

Officers responded to a non-injury traffic collision involving a single vehicle and a tree. A traffic collision report was taken.

Highway 9/University
Arrest:  54 year old male, resident of San Jose
Charges: Under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of controlled substance, possession of paraphernalia
Officers conducted a vehicle enforcement stop and determined the driver to be under the influence of a stimulant.  A search of the vehicle yielded methamphetamine and paraphernalia.  The suspect was arrested and transported to Main Jail.

Winchester/Smith Creek
Arrest: 32 year old female, resident of Boulder Creek
Charges: Under the influence, possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana
Officers conducted a vehicle enforcement stop and determined the driver to be in possession of methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia, less than one ounce of marijuana, and concentrated marijuana. Officer also determined that she was under the influence of ecstasy and methamphetamine.  She was arrested and transported to Main Jail.

Arrest: 25 year old male, resident of San Jose
Charges: Vandalism
Patrol officers contacted a subject attempting to flee from a business after breaking out a window. The suspect was detained by officers and cited and released at the scene for vandalism.

Arrest:  23 year old male, resident of Oakland; 28 year old male, resident of San Jose
Charges: Outstanding warrants, possession of drug paraphernalia, false identification
Officers located a suspicious vehicle and contacted the occupants seated inside. Officers determined a male occupant to have outstanding warrants for his arrest.  A second male occupant of the vehicle was found to also have outstanding warrants and was in possession of drug paraphernalia.  Both subjects were arrested and transported to Main Jail.
