Today, we received several reports today from people who were the victims of vandalism last night. There were several vehicles, garage doors & fences which had been hit with spray paint. This appears to have occurred during the overnight hours.

These reports are from residents living in southwestern Greene County, in the area of West Roxbury Street, West Primrose Lane and West Katella Lane off of South Scenic Avenue.

We have typically seen an increase in property crimes during the summer when school is out & typically the perpetrators are juveniles. Nonetheless, these are still crimes so please call 9-1-1 if you observe anything suspicious.
