* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR... SOUTH CENTRAL KAY COUNTY IN NORTHERN OKLAHOMA... NORTHEASTERN NOBLE COUNTY IN NORTHERN OKLAHOMA...

* UNTIL 445 PM CDT

* AT 245 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAIN BETWEEN PONCA CITY AND MARLAND. RADAR INDICATES BETWEEN 2 AND 3 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN DURING SINCE 145 PM. AN ADDITIONAL INCH OF RAIN IS POSSIBLE.

* SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE... PONCA CITY...MARLAND AND MCCORD.
