Arrest: 39 year old female, resident of San Jose
Charges: Shoplifting
Officers responded to a business on a report of shoplifting in progress. Upon their arrival, it was determined that the suspect had committed a theft. She was cited and released.

15700-blk Los Gatos Boulevard
Officers responded to a report of a commercial burglary. Two unidentified suspects entered the business and removed 3 iPhones from their displays.

Shannon/Hicks
Arrest: 30 year old female, resident of San Jose; 34 year old male, resident of San Jose
Charges: Outstanding warrants, possession of drug paraphernalia
Officers conducted a traffic enforcement stop and contacted two occupants. The female had an outstanding warrant and was found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia. The male was also found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia. The female was arrested and transported to Main Jail. The male was cited and released.

Arrest: 30 year old female, resident of South San Francisco
Charges: Outstanding warrant
Officers responded to a report of a female that was causing a disturbance at a business. Upon contact, it was determined that she had outstanding warrants. She was arrested and transported to Main Jail.

400-blk N. Santa Cruz
Officers responded to a report of a prior commercial burglary. Entry was made by prying the door. The incident was captured on surveillance and follow-up is being conducted. While conducting their investigation, officers located a second business that also appeared to be burglarized. A citizen turned in items that he found abandoned near a business that appear to have been taken from one of the victim businesses.

Officers responded to a burglary of a storage POD. The lock was removed and several items were stolen over a week time frame.

Officers responded to a residential burglary. Entry was made by breaking a rear door.

Winchester/Sunnyoaks
Arrest: 20 year old male, resident of Tracy
Charges: Possession of cocaine, driving on a suspended license
Officers conducted a traffic enforcement stop and determined the driver to be in possession of cocaine. He was also driving on a suspended license. He was cited and released.
