Correction--Trio Arrested for Multiple Drugs Found after Traffic Stop
Putnam County—Yesterday afternoon at 4:33, Indiana State Police Commercial Vehicle Enforcement Trooper Yan Dravigne stopped a box truck for a traffic violation on eastbound I-70 near the 41 mile marker. Three individuals were arrested for various drug violations and incarcerated in the Putnam County Jail.
Further investigation has revealed the box truck was registered to an individual in Los Angeles, CA. and not registered to Noise Revolt LLC of Los Angeles, CA. as indicated in an earlier press release, nor is Noise Revolt LLC of Los Angeles, CA., in any way, an active participant in the drug violations alleged against the three individuals taken into custody.
The actions of the individuals arrested, David Marriott, Paul Olaechea, and Jordan Pollard stand alone and are not associated with Noise Revolt LLC of Los Angeles, CA.
Under the Law, criminal charges are merely accusations and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
