Hunterdon County Prosecutor Anthony P. Kearns, III, Chief of Detectives John J. Kuczynski, and New Jersey State Police Perryville Station Commander Lt. Colin Frinzi announced that an investigation by the Hunterdon County Prosecutor’s Office Gangs, Guns, & Narcotics Task Force led to the arrest of one individual for narcotics offenses. The defendant was arrested on June 2, 2016.
According to Prosecutor Kearns, “Evidence obtained by Detectives during the investigation resulted in the arrest of Seth Adu-Sarkodie, age31, of Willow Avenue in Bloomsbury. One and a half ounces of Cocaine was seized in the operation, as well as heroin and drug paraphernalia. HCPO K-9 Finn also participated.”
The defendant was charged with Conspiracy, Possession with Intent to Distribute Cocaine, and Possession of Heroin. Bail was set by the Honorable Edward Martin, J.M.C. at $50,000. The defendant was lodged at the Somerset County Jail awaiting a first court appearance.
Assisting in the operation was the New Jersey State Police Perryville Station, Hunterdon County SWAT, and Warren County Tactical Response Team.
