On June 3, 2016 Investigators executed a search warrant at residence located on Salem Road Minor Hill,Tennessee. Joshua Marc Hendon age 31 was arrested at the residence and transported to Giles County Jail. Lt. Shane Hunter obtained warrants on Joshua Marc Hendon. Mr. Hendon is charged with one count of Rape of Child, one count of Aggravated Sexual Battery, and forty five counts of Violation of Tennessee Sexual Offender and Violent Sexual Offender Registration, Verification and Tracking Act of 2004, these 45 counts stem from Mr. Hendon having 45 automobiles at various locations and not reporting them to the registering agency as required by law. Mr. Hendon has bail set at at $750,000. Mr. Hendon will appear in court on June 9, 2016.
