Arrest: 52 year old female, resident of Campbell
Charges: Driving on a suspended license
Officers conducted a traffic enforcement stop and determined the driver to be driving on a suspended license. She was cited and released.

Blossom hill/Union
Arrest: 58 year old male, resident of Los Gatos
Charges: DUI
Officers conducted a traffic enforcement stop and determined the driver exhibited the objective signs of alcohol intoxication. He was arrested and transported to Main Jail.

Parking lot of Good Samaritan Hospital
Arrest: 28 year old male, resident of San Jose
Charges: Outstanding warrant
Officers conducted a traffic enforcement stop on a vehicle which was being driven in an evasive manner. Upon contact, it was determined that the driver had an outstanding warrant. He was arrested and transported to Main Jail.

Winchester/Highway 85
Arrest: 35 year old male, resident of Campbell
Charges: Under the influence, resisting arrest
Officers responded to a report of a vehicle stopped blocking traffic on the highway off-ramp. The male passenger of the vehicle was exhibiting irrational behavior. Upon the officers arrival, the male subject ran into traffic. Once detained, he continued to resist arrest. He was cited and released to seek medical treatment.

Officers responded to a residential burglary. An occupant of the home observed a member of the landscaping crew inside the residence. Stolen property was located in amongst the suspects items inside the landscaper’s truck. The landscaper was unaware of the worker’s actions. The suspect was arrested and transported to Main Jail.

Arrest: 18 year old female, resident of Los Gatos
Charges: Outstanding warrant
Officers observed a subject whom they knew to be wanted on outstanding warrants. She was arrested and transported to Main Jail.

00-blk N. Santa Cruz Ave.
Arrest: 19 year old male, resident of Santa Cruz; 19 year old male, resident of Los Gatos
Charges: Drunk in public, resisting arrest
Officers observed a subject urinating in public. Upon contact, the subject became argumentative with officers. A second subject approached and continued to interfere with the officers. Both subjects exhibited the signs of alcohol intoxication. The second subject became physical with the officers and was arrested for drunk in public and resisting arrest. The first subject was arrested for being drunk in public. Both were transported to Main Jail. Fake identification cards were confiscated.

Arrest: 45 year old male, resident of Los Gatos
Charges: DUI
Officers responded to a solo vehicle collision and determined the driver to be under the influence of alcohol. He was arrested and transported to Main Jail.

Officers responded to a theft of a bicycle. It appears that the suspect scaled three stories of exterior balconies to steal a Specialized S-Works mountain bike.
