Power outage causes problems to Police Dispatch System. 911 system back on line, CAD System under repair. 
The transformer fire eliminated powered to the police department and caused malfunctions I. Some of its systems. IT staff has corrected 911 incoming calls, however, some other internal systems remain down. We will update you as the progress continues.
