On Sunday, June 5^th, the Third Precinct took part in the 50^th annual Puerto Rican/Hispanic Day Parade.  Despite heavy downpours at times, hundreds of Hispanic marchers and spectators enjoyed a wonderful day of joy and pride.  The Suffolk County 3^rd Precinct was presented a special recognition award for its valuable service and support to the parade, the Teatro Yerbabruja Organization, and the Hispanic Community.
