06/01/16 WTPD arrested William O’Keefe Jr., age 43, of Washington, NJ for outstanding warrants totaling $1941.00 out of Hackettstown and Washington Borough. On 06/01/16 at approximately 1:08 AM, officers were dispatched to the Quick Chek, 30 Belvidere Ave in Washington Borough for a dispute. Upon the officer’s arrival, contact was made with Mr. O’ Keefe, one of the involved parties. The officer’s investigation revealed that Mr. O’Keefe had outstanding warrants. Mr. O’Keefe was taken into custody without incident, processed and released with new court dates.
06/03/16 WTPD arrested Christopher McCarthy, age 40, of Washington, NJ for an outstanding $230.00 warrant out of Keansburg. On 06/03/16 at approximately 3:53 PM, patrol was dispatched to check the welfare of a man outside of the Wells Fargo Bank, 2 W. Washington Ave in Washington Borough. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation it was revealed that Mr. McCarthy had an outstanding warrant. Mr. McCarthy was taken into custody without incident, processed and released with a new court date.
06/06/16 WTPD arrested Arielle Quatorse, age 21, of Hackettstown, NJ for a$630.00 outstanding warrant out of Roxbury Township. On 06/06/16 at approximately 3:16 PM, officers were at Enzo’s Pasta Grill 328 Rte. 57 W. in Washington Borough for a routine liquor license inspection. During the officer’s investigation it was discovered that an employee, Ms. Quatorse, had an outstanding warrant. She was taken into custody without incident, processed and released with a new court date.
06/07/16 WTPD arrested a juvenile male, of Washington, NJ for possession of (CDS) marijuana less than 50 grams and possession of drug paraphernalia. On 05/07/16 at approximately 4:38 PM, officers responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle in the Quick Chek parking lot on Belvidere Ave in Washington Borough. Upon patrols’ arrival and subsequent investigation, a juvenile male was charged with possession of (CDS) less than 50 grams of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia on juvenile delinquency complaints and issued a motor vehicle summons for possession of (CDS) in a motor vehicle. He was processed and released to a parent.
06/09/16 WTPD arrested a juvenile female, of Wind Gap, PA for possession of drug paraphernalia. On 06/09/16 at approximately 2:27PM, patrol conducted a motor vehicle stop on Rte. 31 S. in Washington Township for equipment violations. Upon further investigation the driver, a juvenile female, was found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia. She was processed, charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, and issued motor vehicle summons for a view obstruction. She was released to a parent.
06/10/16 WTPD arrested Zachary Berger, age 27, of Washington, NJ for driving while intoxicated (DWI). On 06/10/16 at approximately 5:59 PM, patrol was dispatched to Country Child Care 459 Rte. 31 S. in Washington Township for a reported intoxicated male. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation it was revealed that Mr. Berger responded to pick up his child and was intoxicated. The child care employees did not turn the child over to Mr. Berger but instead notified the police. The child was later released to a family member. Mr. Berger was processed and charged with driving under the influence (DUI), his BAC was .24%. He was released with a mandatory court date.
06/11/16 WTPD arrested Mark McGraw, age 32, of Hillsborough, NJ, for driving while intoxicated (DWI). On 06/11/16 at approximately 12:24 AM, patrol conducted a motor vehicle stop on Rte. 31 S. in Washington Borough for speeding. The officer’s investigation resulted in the driver’s, Mr. McGraw, arrest for (DWI). He had a BAC of .09%. Mr. McGraw was charged with speeding, failure to maintain lanes, and (DWI). He was processed and released with a mandatory court date.
06/12/16 WTPD arrested Daniel Agosto, age 40, of Allentown, PA for driving while intoxicated (DWI). On 06/12/16 at approximately 2:11 AM, officers were dispatched to the Quick Chek, 30 Belvidere Ave in Washington Borough for a suspicious vehicle. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation Mr. Agosto, was arrested for (DWI). He had a BAC of .14%. Mr. Agosto was charged with driving with a suspended license, failure to use an interlock device, and (DWI). He was processed and released with a mandatory court date.
