On 06/13/2016 at approximately 7:00 am officers from the Woodway PD Criminal Investigation Division served a search and arrest warrant at 9504 Oak Springs. The search and arrest warrants were issued after a complaint was filed with Woodway PD charging Joshua Scott Neeper, 29 yoa, with Unlawful Disclosure/Promotion of Intimate Visual Material. Mr Neeper was arrested at his residence for the offense which is a Class A Misdemeanor. The complaint charges that Mr Neeper uploaded several intimate pictures of an ex-girlfriend to a website and sent several other intimate photographs to friends of the victim through a fictitious social media account. Officers executed the search warrant of the residence and seized several electronic devices capable of uploading materials to websites. Joshua Neeper was transported to the McLennan County Jail.
