On June 14th, 2016, members of the Burlington Police Department Street Crimes Unit arrested Dennis Russin (age 37 of Colchester) after he was observed providing cocaine to another individual in the area of Roosevelt Park. Officers determined that Russin was using a residence on Spring St. to facilitate his cocaine distribution activities and obtained a search warrant for the residence. During the course of search activities, officers found approximately 22 grams of crack cocaine in a safe as well as drug distribution paraphernalia. Russin currently has multiple felony drug cases pending in Chittenden and Windsor Counties and he has a lengthy criminal history, which includes nineteen (19) misdemeanor and five (5) felony convictions.
