Suspects arrested for possession of a loaded firearm and heroin in Sebastopol on Wednesday morning at 2am.
On Wednesday morning, about 2am, Sebastopol Police Officer Cameron Fenske was on routine patrol near Valley View Drive and Ragle Road South. He noticed a vehicle parked in the area with no license plates.
He contacted the occupants of the vehicle, 30 year old Santa Rosa resident Danielle Nicole Rhodd and 34 year old Lakeport resident Daniel Joe Croteau.
It was determined that Rhodd was on probation in Sonoma County for possession of drug paraphernalia and theft. During a search of Rhodd's person pursuant to her probation terms, she was found to be in possession of two syringes, one of which contained heroin. She was arrested and released on a citation at the scene.
When asked, Croteau told the officer there was a loaded firearm under the driver's seat to the vehicle. A search revealed a loaded .45 caliber semi-automatic pistol.
A methamphetamine pipe was located in the vehicle's glove box.
Croteau was arrested and booked into the Sonoma County Jail for possession of a loaded, concealed firearm and possession of drug paraphernalia.
