Arrest: 24 year old male, resident of San Jose
Charges: Under the influence of a controlled substance
Officers responded to a report of a suspicious person. Upon contact, it was determined that the subject had just used heroine and methamphetamine. He was arrested and transported to Main Jail.

Officers responded to a residential burglary. Surveillance was captured and follow-up is being conducted.

Los Gatos Blvd/Los Gatos-Almaden
Arrest: 32 year old male, resident of Los Gatos
Charges: DUI, Hit and Run, Driving on a suspended license
Officers responded to a hit and run that had just occurred with a witness following the suspect vehicle. Officers observed the vehicle cause additional damage. The driver yielded on N. Santa Cruz Ave. The driver displayed the objective signs of alcohol intoxication. He was arrested and transported to Main Jail.

Arrest: 38 year old female, resident of Los Gatos
Charges: DUI
Officers responded to an unknown injury accident. Upon their arrival, they located the driver of the vehicle passed out behind the wheel. The vehicle was in neutral and had come to a rest on the side of the road. The driver was arrested and transported to Main Jail.

Arrest: 47 year old male, resident of San Jose
Charges: Indecent exposure, under the influence
Officers responded to a report of a suspicious subject lying in the grass with his pants around his ankles. Upon arrival, the subject was completely naked. He was determined to be under the influence of a controlled substance. He was arrested and transported to Main Jail.

Arrest: 52 year old female, resident of San Jose
Charges: Possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, outstanding warrant
Officers conducted a traffic enforcement stop and determined that the driver had outstanding warrants. She was also found to be on searchable probation. A search yielded methamphetamine and a pipe. She was arrested and transported to Main Jail.

Arrest: 27 year old female, resident of San Jose; 41 year old male, resident of San Jose
Charges: Possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, outstanding warrant
Officers conducted a traffic enforcement stop and found the male driver to be in possession of methamphetamine and marijuana. The female passenger was found to have outstanding warrants. The driver was cited and released. The passenger was arrested and transported to Main Jail.

Arrest: 55 year old male, transient
Charges: Possession of drug paraphernalia
Officers responded to a disturbance regarding a suspicious person who was harassing patrons. The subject was contacted and found to be in possession of a methamphetamine pipe. He was cited, released, and given an admonishment for harassing customers.

Arrest: 51 year old male, resident of San Francisco
Charges: Possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, under the influence, outstanding warrant
Officers responded to a report of a suspicious subject who was sharpening a chainsaw. It was determined that the subject had a warrant for his arrest, was under the influence of a controlled substance, was in possession of a pipe, and was in possession of methamphetamine. He was arrested and transported to Main Jail.

Arrest: 56 year old male, resident of Los Gatos; 52 year old female, resident of San Jose
Charges: Outstanding warrants, possession of drug paraphernalia
Officers conducted a traffic enforcement stop and determined the driver to have an outstanding warrant. Additionally, both the driver and passenger were found to be on searchable probation. A search yielded methamphetamine pipes in each parties possession. Both subjects were cited and released.
