A tree has fallen into the roadway on Hilliard Blvd. just west of Wagar Rd. Hilliard Blvd. is closed at Wagar Rd. Power and other utility lines are down, causing a power outage in the area. The Illuminating Company has been contacted and Rocky River Police and Fire Departments are on scene. There are no reported injuries.
