Traffic Advisory: Police Funeral 6/21 
The funeral for fallen San Jose Police Department Officer Michael Katherman will be Tuesday, June 21, 2016 at the SAP Center in San Jose. The motorcade will be departing Darling Fischer Mortuary in Los Gatos at approximately 9:45 am.
As is custom for in the line of duty deaths, there will be a significant number of marked and unmarked law enforcement vehicles joining the procession. Vehicle traffic delays are expected from 9:45 a.m. to 10:15 a.m. in the area of N. Santa Cruz Ave. and Blossom Hill Rd. The procession route will continue north on Winchester Blvd. through the City of Campbell and San Jose before arriving at SAP Center.
Community support and respect is welcomed from the sidewalk along the procession route. The memorial service at SAP Center is open to the public, and begins at 11:00 a.m.
The San Jose Police Department has expressed their deep gratitude and appreciation to the citizens of Los Gatos and Monte Sereno for their extraordinary support and direct acts of kindness towards their staff during their stay here in Town.
