Hunterdon County Prosecutor Anthony P. Kearns, III, announced the sentencing of Meroslow Dudiak, age 87, of Lebanon Township.
Mr. Dudiak was arrested on January 22, 2016, and charged with Criminal Sexual Contact, a third degree crime, and Lewdness, a fourth degree crime, after he exposed himself and made sexual contact with a victim while residing in Lebanon Township.
On June 17, 2016, Mr. Dudiak was sentenced to two years’ probation and time served by the Honorable Angela F. Borkowski, JSC. Mr. Dudiak pled guilty to one count of lewdness on March 14, 2016. Violation of parole will subject Mr. Dudiak to the maximum sentence permitted by law.
