Seeking ID of retail fraud suspects from downtown Plymouth. 
On June 10th and 14th, a local retail store was a victim of retail fraud with a different suspect each day. Both suspects are middle-aged white females. Please call Detective Carroll, 734-453-1234 x258 if you have any information.
