Sigman Rd remains shut down at Renaissance Dr (in front of Main St Apts) removing crashed dumptruck #ATLTraffic 
Saved by a citizen!
Raul Moreno, a landscape worker nearby, witnessed this dump truck crash into the ditch and burst into flames. He quickly busted the truck window with a tool and pulled the driver from the smoke filled cab of the truck.
The Expedition was westbound on Sigman Road and swerved left to miss a vehicle exiting Renaissance Drive into the path of the eastbound dump truck.
The driver has minor injuries at Rockdale Medical.
