Wanted Suspect Nicholas Lee Wiegand arrested in downtown Sebastopol for Felony Warrant from Colorado 
On Thursday, 6-23-16, at approximately 2:59 pm, a Sebastopol Police Officer observed two subjects, a male and female, smoking on the Sebastopol City Plaza, in violation of Sebastopol City Ordinance.
Upon contact with the suspects, the Officer identified them as Nicholas Lee Wiegand and Becky Rogers, both wanted out of Colorado.
While Rogers' warrant did not allow for extradition outside the state of Colorado, Wiegand's warrant called for full extradition nationwide. The charges included contributing to the delinquency of minors and reckless endangerment.
Wiegand was arrested and booked at the Sonoma County Jail, awaiting extradition back to Colorado. Rogers was released.
