Due to the 4th of July fireworks show at 2600 Moraga Road El Portal Drive will be closed between 9:00 PM and 11:00 PM 
El Portal Drive will be closed in both directions between Mission Bell Drive to the 2500 block of El Portal Drive between 9:00 PM and 11:00 PM.
At 11:00 PM east bound El Portal Drive (east of Castro Street) will be reduced to one lane of traffic. The number 1 lane will be closed off to let traffic flow freely out from the event. The vehicles leaving the event will be forced to turn east bound.
