Cannelton Police Department accepting applications for Reserve Patrolmen.

We need your help!

The Cannelton Police Department is currently accepting applications for the position of Reserve Patrolmen.

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

-Age: 21 years at the time of employment
-U.S. Citizen (if naturalized, must provide documentation)
-High School Graduate Diploma or G.E.D.
-The ability to obtain and maintain Indiana Driver’s License upon acceptance of job offer with the City of Cannelton
-Acceptable driving record
-No felony and limited misdemeanor convictions
-Willing to submit and successfully pass pre-employment drug screen and physical
-Good Physical Condition as required by the job functions
-Good Moral Character
-Honorable discharge from the military (if a military veteran)

Applications may be picked up at the Cannelton Police Department or Cannelton City Hall.

If you have previously applied, you still must submit a new application to be considered.

Applications are due by July 22, 2016 at 4:00pm to be considered for the current process.
