* TEMPERATURE...AFTERNOON HEAT INDEX VALUES OF 108 TO 113.

* IMPACTS...HEAT EXHAUSTION OR HEAT STROKE CAN QUICKLY OCCUR TO ANYONE WORKING OR PARTICIPATING IN OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES.

* AFFECTED AREAS: CANADIAN ... GARFIELD ... KINGFISHER ... LINCOLN ... LOGAN ... NOBLE ... OKLAHOMA ... PAYNE
