Arrest: 65 year old male, resident of Modesto
Charges: Shoplifting, false identification, false tabs
Officers responded to a report of a shoplifter. Upon their arrival, the suspect refused to communicate but insisted on being transported to a medical facility. After he was medically cleared, he returned back to the area and was re-contacted by police officers. At that time, the subjects true identity was revealed. He was cited and released.

Arrest: 65 year old male, resident of Los Gatos
Charges: Drunk in public
Officers responded to a report of loud music and a loud subject. The subject agreed to go back into his residence. At 0201 hours, officers responded back on another call involving the same subject causing another disturbance. At that time, the subject refused to cooperate and continued to cause a disturbance. He was arrested and transported to Main Jail.

Arrest: 19 year old male, resident of Oakland
Charges: Possession of narcotics, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of stolen property
Officers conducted a traffic enforcement stop and determined the driver was on active probation. A search yielded broken glass, methamphetamine, a pipe, and property that did not belong to the subject. The subject was arrested and transported to Main Jail. It was later discovered that the vehicle had been previously stolen in San Francisco.

Arrest: 25 year old male, resident of San Jose
Charges: DUI
Officers responded to a request to check the welfare of a male sleeping inside of a vehicle. Upon their arrival, it was determined that the subject was displaying the objective signs of alcohol intoxication. He was arrested and transported to Main Jail.

Winchester/Wimbledon
Officers on-viewed a non-injury collision involving a vehicle and a juvenile bicyclist. The bicyclist was in the crosswalk when the vehicle entered the intersection and collided with him.

200-blk Main Street
Arrest: 24 year old male, resident of San Jose
Charges: Possession of illegal weapon, drunk in public, resisting arrest, outstanding warrant
Officers were conducting a routine patrol when they observed a subject with an expandible baton. The subject resisted arrest. He was found to be intoxicated. He was arrested and transported to Main Jail.

Santa Cruz/Wood
Arrest: 58 year old male, transient
Charges: Possession of narcotics, under the influence
Officers monitoring traffic encountered a belligerent subject. It was determined that he was under the influence of a controlled substance and in possession of a narcotic without a prescription. He was arrested and transported to Main Jail.
