Bella Vista Woman Attempts to Sell Methamphetamine to Anderson Police

On Wednesday, July 20th 2016, Anderson Police Officers were following up on a prior narcotic investigation. 29 year old, Brittni Sue Brundage of Bella Vista, began unknowingly conversing with Anderson Police Officers via digital messaging. Brundage drove to Anderson a little before 5:00 A.M. after agreeing to sell a quantity of methamphetamine to the unknown buyer.
A prearranged meeting spot was agreed on and when Brundage arrived, several APD Officers were waiting for her. Brundage attempted to destroy the methamphetamine by stomping it into her vehicles carpeted floor board but police quickly detained her and recovered approximately 10 grams of methamphetamine. Brundage was at the time of this arrest, on Supervised Release from the Shasta County Jail and is on Post Release Supervision.

Anderson Police arrested Brundage for possession of a controlled substance for sales. Brundage was transported to and booked at the Shasta County Jail. Additional felony charges will be filed with the Shasta County District Attorney’s Office.
