It takes only seconds for a car to heat up especially in high temperatures. Anyone's life may be at risk when left in a hot car, but especially children, the elderly and pets.

THOSE MOST VULNERABLE:
* Children
* Elderly
* Athletes
* Outdoor Workers
WHAT TO DO:
* Drink plenty of water
* Provide for cooling stations
* Locate air conditioned places to relax and cool down
* Call 9-1-1 if someone is in distress
SIGNS OF HEAT EXHAUSTION:
* Dizziness
* Nausea
* Cramping
* Headache
