The Santa Barbara Police Department is asking the public’s help locating a missing woman who suffers from mental illness and possibly dementia. Madelon Irene Carlisle, age 73, was last seen at approximately 4:00 a.m. on July 20, 2016 at an assisted living facility on 300 W. Islay Street. She is 5-0, 125 lbs., with blonde hair and hazel eyes. She was wearing a leopard print blouse with a black skirt. Anyone with information is urged to call SBPD Dispatch at 805-882-8900.
