E. Sibley Street CLOSED between National St and Promenade Mall until next week. 
E. Sibley Street will be CLOSED for repairs from National Street to the Promenade Mall. No through traffic will be possible. Please enter the Promenade Mall (Planet Fitness, Stitchery) from Grand River.
The current plan is to complete repairs this week, and re-apply asphalt on Monday, July 25th. The road will re-open when the work has been completed.
