#LASD - Special Victims Bureau Detectives Asking for Public's Help Identifying Person of Interest in Sexual Assault

Sheriff’s Special Victims Bureau detectives are asking for the public’s help in identifying a person of interest in the sexual assault of a young boy. The incident occurred on Friday, July 8, 2016, at approximately 6:50p.m., in the Puente Hills Mall, City of Industry.
A nine year old boy reported that he was inappropriately touched by a male adult while he was inside the Puente Hills Mall. The assault was reported to mall security shortly after the incident occurred.
Detectives are asking for the public's help in locating a person of interest. The man is described as a Male Hispanic, 35-40 years-old, 5'10"-6'00", clean shaven, balding on top, with black-gray hair. Last seen wearing a blue shirt. (Photo attached)
