SCHEDULE FOR 2016 OLD HOME DAY THIS SATURDAY smile emoticon:) Don't forget, Sanbornton Old Home Day is this Saturday! Plenty of festivities for EVERYONE! Have a classic or custom car? Bring it and park it by the Sanbornton Town Office and look at the others while you're there! The Mohawk Trail Riders Snowmobile Club will be cooking Burgers and Dogs at the food court between the church and old town hall, and they will have some of their equipment on display across from the Lane Tavern!

SANBORNTON OLD HOME DAY
Saturday July 23rd it's Sanbornton Old Home Day! Enjoy a pancake breakfast from 8-10:30am at Lane Tavern, served up by the Historical Society.
**Custom cars will be parked by the Town Office.
**Sanbornton Recreation Dept childrens games 9:45-10:45 behind the library
**"Sanbornton Votes" tabling at Currier Building will let candidates meet voters.
**Chainsaw carving will takes place at Currier Field, as will pony rides with photos available.
**Fire safety demos, child fingerprinting, touch-a-truck at the fire station, along with Brad Crosby's famous cribbage tournament at Noon (prizes include gift cards from Market Basket, Common Man, Dipsy Doodle - sign up ahead of time with Brad at 285-8605).
**Balloon-Burst-Booth at the Fire Station, 11-12:00 getting special people wet - thanks to Franklin Savings Bank.
**Eagle Scout Candidate Logan Morrison will collect non-perishables and money donations for his food pantry project, at the Fire Station.
**Fiber-arts and blacksmithing will be demos in Currier Field along with a Ham radio display.
**Art Show in Lane Tavern upstairs.
**KREBS Farm stand will be in front of Lane Tavern.
**Many vendors in the library field, along with Cow-Patty Bingo, 4-H, Scouts, Laconia Indian Historical Association. Wildlife Encounters at 12:00 - 1:00, outside the library. Memere's Tales for kids of all ages in the library from 10:00-11:30, her story-telling plus related craft.
**This year food / lunch will be located in a Food Court between church and Old Town Hall, including vegan offering as well as Rollin' In the Dough sweets. Ice cream sold by Rock Salt Creamery as well as BB's Scoops.
**By the church and library - Bill Tobin's magnificent State Seal float - not to be missed!
**Band music in the gazebo and 3:00 parade by New Horizon Band and Moulton Band. Parade Marshall will be Gertrude Gilman in an open caddie.
**Cake slices and ice cream - free - out of Old Town Hall (1:45 - 2:30).
