Step-father wanted for incest, indecent liberties, and statutory rape

Location: 5100 block of Old Bailey Highway, Nashville, NC

Victim: Female juvenile

On 7/22/2016, Nash County Sheriff’s Office Detectives investigated a report of indecent liberties concerning a 37-year old male and his juvenile step-daughter. The initial report indicated that the indecent liberties occurred last Saturday, July 16, 2016. However, further investigative follow-up by Detectives resulted in developing
additional information that warranted the female juvenile to be transported to UNC-Nash for medical care.

The 37-year old male has been identified as Dante Morales Balderas of the 5100 block of Old Bailey Highway, Nashville, NC. Probable cause with the information obtained from the investigation resulted in the attainment of warrants on Dante Morales Balderas consisting of one count of Incest on child <13/def =>12 yo & 4 yrs older than victim, one count of Indecent liberties with child-immoral and one count of Statutory rape - child <13; def
=>12 & => 4 y/o than victim.

Balderas is believed to have fled the area in a 2005 Chevrolet Colorado Z-71 bearing NC registration CDF-2436. Law enforcement has confirmed that Dante Morales Balderas has fled the United States and is currently in Mexico.
