Two Deceased in Decatur County Crash

Decatur County-On Friday, July 22nd at approximately 10:15pm, a three car collision occurred on C.R. 300 North east of C.R. 120 East, Greensburg, Indiana.  In the crash, a maroon 2004 Trailblazer, pulling a 2008 U-Haul Car Trailer and a white 2005 Toyota pickup truck, were traveling eastbound on C.R. 300 North.  A green 2007 Jeep Wrangler was traveling westbound on C.R. 300 North. When the vehicles met in the roadway, the green 2007 Jeep Wrangler struck the maroon 2004 Trailblazer in the trailer tires of the U-Haul trailer. The green 2007 Jeep Wrangler then lost control skidding into the path and crashing into the white 2005 Toyota pickup truck, which was behind the 2004 Trailblazer.

Shelina Robinson, a passenger in the white 2005 Toyota pickup truck, was pronounced deceased at the scene.  Matthew Hahn Jr., a passenger in the green 2007 Jeep Wrangler, was extricated from the vehicle and transported to Riley Hospital.  Matthew Hahn Jr., was pronounced deceased at Riley Hospital.

Investigators believe none of the passengers in the Jeep Wrangler or the white Toyota pickup were wearing seat belts.

No alcohol or drugs are suspected at this time.

*Maroon 2004 Trailblazer, pulling 2008 U-Haul Car Trailer, driven by, Kenneth L. Bogue, 50, from New Castle, IN, No Injuries.

*Green 2007 Jeep Wrangler, driven by, Matthew L. Hahn, 25, from Greensburg, IN, Injured, Transported to Methodist Hospital. Passengers, Matthew Hahn Jr., 5, from Greensburg, IN, Deceased. James Supler, 16, from Greensburg, IN, Injured, Transported to the Decatur County Hospital. Logan Debiase, 9, from Greensburg, IN, Injured, Transported to Riley Hospital. Mataya Hahn, 3, from Greensburg, IN, Injured, Transported to Riley Hospital.

*White 2005 Toyota pickup truck, driven by Terry W. Robinson, 47, from Columbus, IN, Injured, transported to the Decatur County Hospital. Passenger, Shelina Marie Robinson, 35, from Columbus, IN, Deceased.

This investigation is continuing.

Assisting Agencies, Decatur County Sheriff’s Department, Greensburg Fire Department, Clarksburg Fire Department and the Decatur County Coroner.

Three medical helicopters responded to the scene.
