07/14/16 WTPD arrested John Bates, age 23, of Washington, NJ for simple assault, disorderly conduct and harassment. Mr. Bates was processed and released with a mandatory court date.

07/14/16 WTPD arrested Lloyd Noel 3Rd, age 46, of Whitehouse Station, NJ, and Tonyelle Thompson, age 48, of Washington, NJ. On 07/14/16 at approximately 8:19 PM, patrol responded to a residence in the 40 block of Washington Square Circle in Washington Borough to serve paperwork for the court. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation, it was revealed that Mr. Noel was in contempt of a court order. He was charged with contempt of a court order, processed and lodged in the WC Jail in lieu of $1,500.00. Ms. Thompson was charged with obstruction of the administration of law, processed and released with a mandatory court date.

07/15/16 WTPD arrested Izahia Davey, age 19, of Washington, NJ for an outstanding NCIC warrant out of the Warren County Prosecutor’s Office. On 07/15/16 at approximately 1:28 PM, patrol observed Mr. Davey, who was known to have outstanding warrants, on Youmans Ave in Washington Borough. The officer made contact with Mr. Davey, confirmed the active warrant, and took him into custody without incident. He was processed and turned over to Warren County Sheriff’s Department.

07/17/16 WTPD arrested Megan Navarro, age 42, of Broadway NJ, for a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. On 07/17/16 at approximately 11:56 AM, patrol was dispatched to Quick Chek, 350 Rte. 57 W. in Washington Township, for a report of shoplifting. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation Ms. Navarro was charged with a local ordinance for maintaining a nuisance. She was processed and released with a mandatory court date.

07/18/16 WTPD arrested Brooke Hallowell, age 24, of Belvidere, NJ for a $750.00 outstanding warrant out of Washington Township. On 07/18/16 at approximately 11:03 AM, patrol conducted a motor vehicle stop on Washington Ave in Oxford Township. At that time the driver, Ms. Hallowell, was found to have the outstanding warrant. She was processed, issued a motor vehicle summons for obstructing traffic, and released after posting bail.

07/18/16 WTPD arrested Ming You, age 61, of New York, NY for a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. On 07/18/16 at approximately 6:54 PM, patrol responded to the 100 block of Angen Rd. in Washington Township for the report of trespassing. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation, it was revealed that Mr. You was fishing on the pond located at the Angen Rd. property without gaining permission from the owner. Mr. You was processed and released with a mandatory court date.

07/19/16 WTPD arrested Joshua Lawyer, age 43, of Washington NJ, for being an NCIC fugitive from justice from the Warren County Prosecutor’s Office. On 07/19/16 at approximately 11:26 AM, a bicycle officer observed Mr. Lawyer, who was known to have an outstanding NCIC warrant, exiting the Quick Chek, 30 Belvidere Ave in Washington Borough. The officer made contact with Mr. Lawyer, confirmed the active NCIC warrant and took him into custody. He was processed and turned over to Warren County Sheriff’s Department.

07/19/16 WTPD arrested Keith Barnes, age 52, of Washington, NJ for outstanding warrants totaling $1250.00 out of Washington Township and Washington Borough. Mr. Barnes was processed and lodged in the WC Jail.

07/21/16 WTPD arrested Brendan Wolf, age 19, of Asbury NJ, Sean Flood, age 28, of Wantage, NJ; Anthony Chacon, age 20 and Mario Chacon, age 41: both of High Bridge, NJ for a local ordinance violation of maintaining a nuisance. On 07/21/16 at approximately 8:56 PM, patrol responded to the Washington Diner, 6 Rte. 31 S in Washington Borough for a dispute. The officer’s investigation resulted in the involved persons being issued a local ordinance summons for maintaining a nuisance. They were processed and released a with mandatory court dates.

07/22/16 WTPD arrested Omar Tindell, age 26, of Newark, NJ for obstruction of the administration of law and outstanding warrants totaling $1268.00 out of Newark and Montclair. On 07/22/16 at approximately 2:43 AM, patrol conducted a motor vehicle stop on Brass Castle Rd. in Washington Township for speeding. The officer’s investigation revealed that the vehicle’s driver, Mr. Tindell, provided false information about his identity and had outstanding warrants. He was processed, issued a motor vehicle summonses for speeding, failure to exhibit documents, driving with a suspended license and released with a new court date(s).
