Sex Offense suspect captured in Oklahoma [Full Press Release]

In May 2016, the Seymour Police Department, Affiliate of the Wisconsin Internet Crimes Against Children Taskforce received a complaint that an unknown individual was trying to entice, coerce, and blackmail a 17 year old juvenile from Seymour, Wisconsin for sexually explicit photos.
On Wednesday, June 29, 2016, a 22 year old man Timothy Brady was arrested in the State of Oklahoma and extradited to the State of Wisconsin after an arrest warrant was issued. On Monday, July 18, 2016, Brady had his initial appearance in front of the Outagamie County Court Commissioner. Brady has been charged by the Outagamie County District Attorney’s Office for Sexual Exploitation of a Child WI. §948.05, Exposing A Child To Harmful Material or Harmful Descriptions or Narrations WI. §948.11 and Stalking WI. § 940.32. Brady is currently being held at the Outagamie County Jail.
This on-going investigation is being conducted by the Seymour Police Department, Oklahoma Attorney General’s Office, Internet Crimes Against Children’s Taskforce, and the FBI.
