The Lake Lure Police Department has received two calls over the past four months in reference to illegal dumping on the roadside of Carson's Way off of Boys Camp Road. The materials being dumped are what appear to be cut bushes and hedges where a landscaper might be pruning bushes and general yard care.
If you have seen or have any information in reference to anyone dumping items on the side of Carson's Way please contact the Lake Lure Police Department at 828-625-4911. Also please help us in reminding your landscaping crews that it is illegal to dump materials on the roadside.
