Bethelehem Township Man Pleads Guilty for Sexual Assault of Minors
Hunterdon County Prosecutor Anthony P. Kearns, III, announced that Frank J. Curialle, Jr., of Asbury, NJ, has pled guilty to two counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child, third degree crimes.
According to Prosecutor Kearns, “Mr. Curialle was arrested in September 2014 after a joint investigation by the Hunterdon County Prosecutor’s Office Special Victims Unit and the New Jersey State Police, Perryville Barracks, revealed he engaged in sexual acts with two different children that were younger than 13 years old. The charges were based on incidents in Bethlehem Township in 2003 and 2008. Sentencing for Mr. Curialle is scheduled for October 6, 2016.
