Emergency water main repair 4000 block E State St 
Beginning Thursday July 28, the Water Division will be making an emergency water main repair in the 4000 block of E State St. E State St will be reduced to one lane each direction,
Proper traffic control will be in placed and citizens are encouraged to use an alternate route. The driving public is to use extreme caution when near the work zone.
Work is expected to last up to two to four (2-4) business days.
