HMPD Promotes two Members. 
On Thursday, July 28, 2016, the Hope Mills Police Department promoted Detective A. Day to Detective Sergeant and, Officer A. Hurtt to Detective. Detective Sergeant Day joined the Hope Mills Police Department in February 2010 and, Detective Hurtt joined the Department in March of 2011. Please join us in congratulating them on their well-earned promotions and wishing them the best as they enter the next chapter of their careers.
