Emergency water main repair 4000 E State St 
Beginning Thursday July 28, the Water Division will be making an emergency water main repair in the 4000 block of E State St. E State will be closed at Fairview Ave to all traffic heading eastbound. All eastbound traffic will be detoured to Morsay Dr at Fairview Ave.
Proper traffic controls and detours will be in placed and citizens are encouraged to use an alternate route. The driving is to use extreme caution when near work zone.
Work is expected to last up to three to five (3-5) business days.
