Crash I-70 WB Wayne County 147MM 
A trooper is on scene of two vehicle crash, minor injuries, I-70 WB at 147 MM just west of Richmond exit. Expect left lane blockage there until vehicles are removed from the roadway.
Troopers also reporting a traffic back up on I-70 EB, Henry County at a construction zone lane restriction at the 115 mm, backed up to the 110 mm in Hancock County. Motorists should seek alt. routes, such as US 40 to SR 3 back to I-70, to avoid the backup area.
