Officers responded to a solo vehicle accident and determined that the driver exhibited the objective signs of intoxication. He was arrested and transported to Main Jail.

Officers responded to a reported fraud. The victim attempted to purchase a vehicle online and exchanged funds in the form of Amazon gift cards to the seller. The seller then became unresponsive.

Charges: Possession of drug paraphernalia
Officers responded to a report of suspicious subjects. Upon their arrival, they encountered two subjects going through items at a donation drop-off trailer. Both were in possession of drug paraphernalia and both were cited and released.

Officers responded to an auto burglary. Unknown suspects made entry to the vehicle by smashing a window. Personal items were stolen.

Officers contacted a subject known to have active warrants. He was arrested and transported to Main Jail.

Arrest: 41 year old male, resident of San Jose
Charges: Battery
Officers conducting routine patrols observed a group in an altercation. It was determined that the male suspect had approached the female victim and grabbed her by the shoulders. She pushed him away and he again grabbed her by the shoulders. The suspect was arrested and transported to Main Jail.

Arrest: 37 year old male, resident of Monte Sereno
Charges: Felony vandalism, conspiracy, destroy/conceal evidence
Officers responded to a report of a vandalism in progress, detailed as a subject spray painting a wall and taking photos of the vandalism. Upon their arrival, they located the male suspect as he was attempting to leave the area. He was positively identified and discarded evidence was also located. Multiple businesses were victimized.
