The Rutherfordton Police Department is seeking information on the identity of the subject shown in the photo. This subject was involved in a larceny that occurred on 07/30/2016 at one of our local Supermarkets in Rutherfordton. This is the best photo acquired from the store video system of the suspect. The subject left in a Gold 2004 Buick Century four door vehicle.
