PERSON STRUCK BY METROLINK TRAIN 
Today at about 4:18 pm. a pedestrian walking along the Metrolink tracks in the 700 block of Arrow Hwy/San Dimas Cyn. Rd. was struck by a west bound Metrolink train. The person was pronounced deceased at the scene by fire personnel. It is believed to be a female, unknown age. The Los Angeles County Coroner's Office will investigate and identify the individual. it is unknown why the person was walking along the train tracks. The incident held up train services for a little over an hour, and they have resumed at this time. No passengers on the train were injured.
