Race St closure in Macungie Boro starts today. 
Construction work on Race Street begins today. Race Street will be closed from W Main St (at the railroad tracks) to Cedar St. Detour signs are in place. At times traffic on Main St will be briefly stopped to turn heavy equipment around. Please be cautious when in the area.
Construction is expected to be completed around August 16th.
