On Wednesday, August 3, 2016, at approximately 2:45pm, a Hope Mills Police Officer was patrolling the area of the South Main Apartment Complex when he observed several subjects participating in behavior that he recognized to be consistent with narcotic activity. As the vehicle that the subjects were in left the apartment complex, the Officer performed a traffic stop of the vehicle on Roy C. Stallings Drive. During the course of the traffic stop, a search of the vehicle and it’s occupants revealed that everyone in the vehicle was in possession of cocaine and, or heroin as well as paraphernalia used for consuming illegal narcotics. After finding the narcotics, all of the subjects below were arrested and transported to the Cumberland County Detention Center.
