The Town of Aurora has imposed a temporary open burning ban, beginning immediately and until further notice. Due to the drought conditions of the area and because of the likely hood of open burning causing out of control fires, the ban will be in effect until conditions allow for its removal. Announcements will be made when the ban is lifted.
