The Covina Police Department along with Inter-Community Hospital staff conducts active shooter training 
The Covina Police Department and Inter-Community Hospital staff are conducting active shooter training today, August 11, 2016 between noon and 3 PM. Hospital staff and officers will simulate an active shooter event in an area of the hospital closed to the public and patients. This training will not affect the operation of the hospital or the ability of the police department to respond to real emergencies.
The drill is closed to the public. If you are in the area, you may hear or see police activity in the area of College and Third Ave. There is no emergency.
