Massage Parlor Sexual Battery Arrest 
A female victim in her 30's came to the Davis Police Department to report a sexual battery that had occurred on an earlier date. The victim went to the suspect, who is a massage therapist, to get a massage. She alleged that during the massage the suspect sexually battered her.
After conducting an investigation, on August 11, at approximately 11:30 AM Davis Police Detectives went to Oh My Aching Back located at 907 Third Street, Davis and arrested Rodwin Yamone Vibat (a 44 year old male from Woodland) on a sexual battery charge (243.4(c) of the California Penal Code). Vibat was lodged at the Yolo County Jail.
